    I saw the movie an incovenient truth. And I decided to write about it, because it’s a subject from the actuality. This movie was made by Al Gore. This man participate at the last elections to the president of the United States. The most important thing for him is to make people do something to protect our planet.

He travels all around do world doing conferences to people. In his conference he explains everything about global warming. He shows us the changes of the temperatures during the existence of earth. He also

     This is a very interesting subject to write about. Why is it? It is because now it’s the moment to think about what we blow. The recycling is very important because it helps us not to through out things that could have their material utilized in other objects.Like for example when you use paper, which is made with trees, if you recycle it you help prevent deforestation. Paper isn’t the only material you can recycle, battery, glass, plastic, metal can and other things can be too. If you want to protect the world you live in, protect the beach, the forest, plants, flowers, parks, lakes, rivers and everything in the nature. The problem is that when you destroy the nature, the animals don’t have their habitat anymore and they die.I have never recycled, but after I’ve done a work at school about global warning I’m starting to do recycling.  I’m taking care of the nature and our planet because that’s the world I’m going to leave to my children and the future generations. I’m doing my part but are you doing yours? I hope that after reading this comment and seeing the photos I linked to some words you’ll think about what you are going to loose if you don’t recycle.

Mikhail Baryshnikov is the most famous ballet’s dancer. He is known all over the world. Besides teaching ballet, he did some things on the TV like the serie ”Sex in the city” and some movies. He was born in 1948, just after the
Second World’s War in the
Soviet Union, and at the age of fifteen he started dancing and joined the
Leningrad’s Kirov Company. He was permitted to join it because of his extraordinary leg-muscle strength. During the
Kirov’s Canadian tour in 1974, Baryshnikov disappeared for several days, and when he resurfaced, he was in the
United States and he asked for political asylum.  He did that because of his ideology and to go far socially and financially. After that he joined the American Ballet where he was Artistic Director for ten years. Despite that he joined the New York City Ballet (with George Balanchine), and finally formed his own company in 1990 with Mark Morris.                                                    Mikhail Baryshnikov has danced more than 100 different works during his career. In addition to his dancing, he has starred in five films, earning an Oscar nomination for his performance in The Turning Point (1977). Otherwise he did the White Nights in 1985, in which he played a ballet star who’d defected from the
Soviet Union only to be kidnapped back into his homeland. He has performed numerous times on television, including three Emmy award-winning specials. In 1989, he appeared on Broadway in Metamorphosis, earning a Tony nomination and a Drama Critics Award.  He is in 1997 the recipient of a New York Dance and Performance Award and received both the Kennedy
Center honor and the National Medal of Arts in 2000. His book, Black and White, will be published in May 2002. I wrote about him because I think dance is all and that he is one of the biggest dancers in the world.

I saw this movie three years ago. It is a comedy mixed with romance. The main actors are Jennifer Garner and Mark Buffalo. The director is Gary Winick and it had three producers: Susan Arnold, Donna Arkoff Roth and Gina Matthews.

Jenna Rink is a thirteen year old girl that has some problems with her teenager’s life. The only thing she wants is to become one of the school cool girls and to be thirty, successful and have a boyfriend. Her only friend is her childhood’s best friend, Matt, a chubby boy that likes her a lot and would do anything for her. She is in love with the most handsome and popular boy of her school. A mean and popular girl, named Lucy that studies with her discovered and tries to make fun of her with a horrible plan. She makes Jenna make a party and says to her that the boy of her dreams will be there. Jenna is stupefied and happy. She prepares everything to the party and just waits. Matt arrives before everybody and gives her the house of her dreams, a house that he spend three months doing, with some whishing dust to carry out all of her dreams. The popular girls arrived and the boys too. Matt put some music, but the popular girls laugh of him. They decide to play seventh haven and put Jenna in the cupboard. Lucy says that the handsome boy is coming to kiss her. However everybody leaves and she stays there waiting. Matt come to see what’s going on and she blames him for this humiliation. Sitting alone in there, she whishes to be thirty, successful and date. Thanks to the whishing dust her dreams become true. She wakes up the next morning and discoverer that she grow up, she has a knockout body, a dream apartment, a fabulous wardrobe, an athlete boyfriend, a dream job, and superstars friends. Although her life seems to be so perfect, she becomes disappointed with herself, since she discovered that she is an awful colleague in her work, has no friends and no contact with her parents and her best friend is going to marry another woman. She tries to be thirteen again and rebuilt her life.                                                                                                                                       I loved this movie, it’s very cute because you learn that you must enjoy everything of your life and not miss a moment. You have to stay with the ones you love, never forget them and love with yourself. Being honest and kind with other people you’ll be loved and have friends. Never try to be someone else, just be yourself.

During these summer vacations my grandmother lent me one of her favorite books: The Seventh Scroll by Wilbur Smith. I thought that this book would be interesting but I discovered that it is extraordinary.  It is a mixture of romance and adventure between an exotic and interesting context and landscape. The story alternates between
England, Egypt and the Ethiopian border.  

Royan, a beautiful and young half English, half Egyptian women and her husband Duraid Al Simmu are two archeologists that live in Egypt. After years of ressurches they discovered the tomb of Queen Lostris. In the wall of the tomb they also found ten scrolls left by Taita, the author of the tomb and the slave of the queen. They translate the scroll but when they are almost getting there the scroll is stolen and Duraid is brutally killed. After that day, Royan’s life is in danger and she needs to come back to England to ask for help to the man at the top of Duraid’s list of sponsors for the expedition, which had the gowl of finding the Pharaoh Mamose’s tomb. During the role story, they seek tracks which will lead them until the tomb, but a rich and egocentric Germain wants obcessfully to find this tomb. He has a lot he has a lot of money what difficults the research of Royan and Nicolas, that in the lenght of the story became more than just friends. I advise youto read this book because it’s interesting, mixture adventure and romance and that is very well writen. There are precise details permitting you to imagine everything of the story.So enjoy it, and good reading!

The Red project seems to be an interesting subject. Some  enterprises very famous support this campain that helps with information about AIDS the population of Africa. They sell some products that are red, and all the money they get goes to the distribution of these informations. But we don’t know if they really want to help or if they are just doing publicity for themselves.

What is Photography?

Photography to me is capturing a memory, making time freeze for you and those around you to remember for many years to come.

I agree with her. Photography is a hard thing to do. You have to catch a good moment and transpass your feelings threw the photo. You need to have the perfect background and a good position of the objects. This will make you remind that moment forever.

I would love to visit Venice. It seems to be a romantic and different place because you move with gondolas and not cars. The city it’s completely different from usual. The Italian are very kind and adorable people.

I love the beach and hot temperature. I would like to visit Hawaii during my vacations, because the beaches seem to be wonderful and the places too. It’s a different culture with different dances and food. It’s an exotic and interesting place.

I love dolphins but I have never seen one. I would love to visit Australia, that way I could go to the Great Barrier Reef, see different animals and visit all the wonderful places.

I’ve never been to an exotic and Asian country. In pictures Japan is represented as a calm, quiet, peaceful and charming place. It’s the country where you can distress. The flowers are wonderful and the landscapes too. I also love Japanese food. That’s why I want to go to the other side of the planet.

In our life we have good and bad moments. That’s why we can never stop smiling, if we smile we make other people smile and make everything that seems sad fun. So smile to everybody and make yourself happy.
